San Francisco Engagement Session at Crissy Field Beach & Palace of Fine Arts
Hi and welcome! I'd like to start my blog with one of my favorite secret proposal/engagement sessions that I did for beautiful Irina and David. Their love story is very unusual. The guys met and fell in love while traveling to Italy (Irina lived in Russia back then, and David lived in California). They had a long-distance relationship for some time, but then they quickly realized that they can't live without each other. David organized a secret proposal at Crissy Field Beach when Irina came to the Bay Area to visit him, and asked me to document it. She was really surprised, but said "yes" without hesitation. The guys celebrated it with a bottle of their favorite champagne and then we went together to another iconic location, Palace of Fine Arts Theatre, to take some more pictures. Irina and David got married two months later at San Francisco City Hall, and I was honored to photograph both events.
